30A has become a mecca for incredible restaurants and amazing food.  From the old standby’s like George’s and Red Bar to the new kids on the block, you’ll find something for everyone on this beautiful stretch of NW Florida’s coast.

They all offer an original taste of coastline cuisine, and it would be a very big miss out to not pop into one of them and have a taste of florida. With their number, one may be spoilt for choice. That said, the following are the best three restaurants on 30a.

1.The Perfect Pig

With a comfortable and welcoming environment, the perfect pig holds fifty eight people. It has a patio outside where one can take in the beautiful scenery as they enjoy a well prepared succulent meal.

The restaurant has a wide selection of courses for breakfast, lunch, and supper with excellent cooking and fair prices. It mainly focuses on salads and sandwiches with a twist, plus an award winning barbecue. You can also go there for the famous Nueske Smoked Hams or the tasteful Amavida coffee.

It boasts of a friendly, great, and professional service. It is also most famous for its happy hour which lasts from 5 – 6 pm. During this time, all the food prices, excluding filled, are cut down by half. Imagine having your favourite meal for half the price!

2.Bud and alley’s

It was started in 1987 and was named after the town founder’s dog and cat of the restaurant owner. Since then, generation after generation, the restaurant has formed a dining tradition where having a good time while sharing good food has become its way of life.

Famous for its award winning menus and outstanding service, Bud and Alley’s is simple and sophisticated, yet has a way of making you feel right at home. Cushioned in the dunes that overlook the Gulf of Mexico, your bridal luncheons, wedding receptions, and rehearsal dinners when held in Bud and Alley’s are sure to remain unforgettable for a long time. If you would like to watch the sun set, you will have an amazing view on its rooftop.

It has garnered a number of awards including The Golden Spoon award, a five star designation, and the Award of Excellence.

3.Chiringo

Started in 2014, this restaurant is inspired by chiringos, which are small open air beach bars that are commonly found on the Spanish coast. It was created with simplicity and customer satisfaction in mind with a menu that is small and focused with every meal being delicious and creative.

When dining in Chiringo, you will have the option of sitting outside, which is perfect if you have a bikini, or sit inside either on the ground floor or the top floor and have an amazing view of the beach. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant’s most famous dish is the grouper sandwich.

The restaurant has a dog friendly outdoor space right outside, where one can relax and the kids can run around. It can also be used as a pit stop for bikes and it has bicycle racks.
