Standard Phone Support for ISS-installed items during regular business hours and extended hours. Waived Trip charges and discounted labor.

 

GOLD

Preferred Phone Support for ISS-installed items. Full support and labor coverage. Expedited response times and waived labor fees for programming and service work.

 

PLATINUM

Priority Phone Support for ISS-installed items. Full support, labor, and equipment coverage with an upgrade discount. Waived on-site and programming labor & repair costs.
